At Paragon Grooming & Pet Company, we’re a mother-and-daughter team — Koley Boyd and Kaylee Tolsma— born and raised right here in Whatcom County. Our family has called this community home for generations, and it’s where our love for animals and our passion for quality care took root.

What started as a shared dream has grown into a space where pets are treated like family. We believe grooming is about more than just appearance — it’s about comfort, health, and creating a positive experience for every dog who walks through our doors.
